Engraving is available on select pieces, so share your text and the design you like and we’ll confirm if it can be done. Engraved pieces cannot be exchanged, and for fully personalised jewellery you can explore Custom Design.

Yes, lab-grown diamond jewellery bought from Pure Jewels is eligible for buy-back at 80% of the invoice value, excluding taxes and making charges. Buy-back applies to purchases up to ₹4,99,999 and needs the original invoice and certificate; see our Exchange & Buy-Back Policy.
Yes, you get 100% of the original purchase price, excluding taxes and making charges, as credit towards a new piece of equal or higher value. Customised, engraved, altered and discounted pieces are not eligible.
