At Pure Jewels, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for our customers. Our Exchange & Buy-Back Policy is designed to provide flexibility, transparency, and confidence in your purchases.

Exchange Policy

We recognize that preferences may evolve over time. To accommodate your changing style, we offer a straightforward exchange policy.

• Eligibility: Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry purchased from Pure Jewels is eligible for exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
• Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and certification.
• Exchange Value: You will receive 100% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes and making charges) as credit towards a new purchase of equal or higher value.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized or engraved jewelry, altered designs, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Procedure: To initiate an exchange request, contact our customer support team.

Buy-Back Policy

We offer a convenient buy-back option for customers who wish to upgrade or liquidate their jewelry investment.

• Eligibility: All Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry purchased from Pure Jewels is eligible for buy-back.
• Condition: The item must be in good condition and accompanied by the original invoice and certification.
• Buy-Back Value: We offer 80% of the invoice value (excluding taxes and making charges) as buy-back credit.
• Procedure: Customers may initiate a buy-back request via our website or customer service team. Upon verification, the amount will be credited through the customer’s preferred mode of payment.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.
• The original invoice and certificate must be presented for exchange or buy-back.
• Products purchased from third-party stores other than Pure Jewels will not be eligible for exchange or buy-back.
• Buy-back is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
• Exchange & Buy-Back is not applicable on Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.
• Customized jewelry made as per order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
• If a discount was applied to the metal or stone value during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price at the time of buy-back or exchange. Additionally, e-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.
• Buy-back is applicable only for products purchased at a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.

Shipping and Insurance

• Shipping and insurance for delivery to the customer’s address are covered by Pure Jewels.
• Reverse shipping for returns, buy-backs, and exchanges is scheduled by Pure Jewels and is subject to a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-.

Pure Jewels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website: purejewels.co.in. Significant updates will be accompanied by a notification on our website.
