1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent with order details and tracking information once dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We partner with leading logistics providers (Sequel Logistics & BVC Logistics) to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available on all orders above ₹50,000 within India.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, enabling real-time tracking of your shipment.

5. Packaging & Security

  • Secure Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged in tamper-proof and discreet packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery for security purposes.

6. Delivery Acceptance Guidelines

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery.
  • If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. A 1% payment gateway charge may be deducted.
  • Modifications: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
  • Exchange Policy: Customers may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
