1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for eligible products.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions:
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
    • A processing fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted to cover shipping and administrative expenses.
  • Exclusions:
    • Customized or personalized jewelry.
    • Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
    • Products previously exchanged under this policy.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Within 15 Days:
    • Items may be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value.
    • The item must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying documents.
  • Beyond 15 Days:
    • Exchanges may be considered at our sole discretion and could be subject to additional charges based on the product’s current market value and condition.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours:
    • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, minus a 1% payment gateway fee.
  • Beyond 24 Hours:
    • Cancellations after this period will incur a ₹1,000 processing fee, along with a 1% payment gateway charge.

    • Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.

    • The item must be securely packaged, ensuring it includes all original documentation.
    • The return shipping details will be provided upon authorization.
  4. 5. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    6. Additional Terms

    • Pure Jewels reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless found to be defective.
    • Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
