2. Is this engagement ring certified? +
Yes, every Pure Jewels ring is certified by SGL Laboratory. Keep the certificate and invoice safe, because both are needed for any exchange or buy-back.
3. How long does delivery take, and is shipping free? +
In-stock rings ship within 48 to 72 hours, and made-to-order rings take about 25 business days, with delivery across India in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Orders above ₹50,000 ship free, and every ring is insured and sent in tamper-proof packaging.
4. Can I return or cancel my order? +
Unused rings with their original packaging and certificate can be returned within 15 days of delivery, minus a ₹1,000 processing fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded minus a 1% payment gateway fee, while customised, resized or altered rings cannot be returned.
5. Does Pure Jewels offer exchange and buy-back on engagement rings? +
Yes, Pure Jewels gives 100% of the original price, excluding taxes and making charges, when you exchange within 30 days for a design of equal or higher value. Buy-back is available at 80% of the invoice value on purchases up to ₹4,99,999.
6. Can I customise this engagement ring? +
Yes, you can work with Pure Jewels designers through Custom Design to change the diamond shape, setting, or style. Custom-made rings cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
